Clinical Instructor

Teaching

  1. Teach students in clinical theory, other theory and practical courses related to assigned program.
  2. Guide, advise and mentor students across their academic program.
  3. Negotiate and grow cooperative relationships with practice leaders at clinical experiential learning sites.
  4. Participate in the planning and assessment of our programs through quality improvement activities.

Requirements

Clinical instructor

  1. Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
  2. Clinical experience in an nursing practice role.

Lecturer

  1. Must meet Clinical Instructor minimums.
  2. Minimum of 4 years of experience.
  3. At least two years of teaching at the bachelor or higher level.

Senior lecturer

  1. Must meet Lecturer requirements.
  2. Must have broad clinical experience.
  3. Must have broad teaching experience.

All programs

  1. Post graduate degree in Nursing or a related field.
  2. Having an Experience of teaching to diverse students.
  3. Nepali or any other national certification in area of clinical.

Coordinator, Admissions and Onboarding

Responsibilities

  1. Managing the application database systems for all academic programs within the college.
  2. Generating regular reports for program leadership related to applicant and admissions data.
  3. Facilitating student enrollment into first semester of all academic programs.
  4. Creating and implementing innovative onboarding processes for students across all academic programs.
  5. Responding to the student issues and concerns in a timely manner via email, phone or in-person methods.
  6. recommending appropriate solutions to potential problems and concerns.
  7. Facilitating communication and promoting a positive working relationship with other colleagues, university units and external partners.
  8. Attending recruiting events, presenting information sessions for all academic programs.

Requirements

  1. You have the ability to effectively use administrative systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  2. You have Skills in Microsoft Access or other database and spreadsheet.
  3. You have Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
  4. You have a Focused attention to detail and a high standard of excellence.
  5. You have Experience of coordinating events and/or recruiting students in a higher education setting.
  6. You have ability to establish and maintain positive, professional working relationships.
  7. You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented office environment.
  8. You have Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in higher education, healthcare delivery systems or related field.
  9. You have Experience working with online students.
